动漫产业是资金密集型、科技密集型、知识密集型和劳动密集型的重要产业,在全球呈现出快速的发展态势。整个动漫市场在一条完整的"动漫生产——动画片播出——衍生产品开发——衍生产品销售——收益——再生产"产业链下进行商业动作。本文首先对动漫产业在全球的发展现状作出阐述,进而分析了我国动漫发展的现状,及造成我国动漫产业停滞不前的根本的原因。通过分析我国动漫产业存在的问题及发展机遇,对我国动漫人才的需求情况作出较详细的市场分析,为我院动漫专业的建设提供参考。

Being a capital-intensive, science and technology-intensive, knowledge intensive and labor intensiv e industry, animation industry is developing rapidly.The paper first discusses the status quo of global and China's development of the industry before the discussion of the causes of its stagnancy.The analysis of the existing problems and development opportunities of the industry and the detailed market needs analysis will provide some reference for the construction of animation specialty in our college.
