摘要
针对在实施《国家学生体质健康标准》过程中出现评价等级偏高,与学生实际的健康状况不符这一现状,采用实验、数据分析、比较等方法进行剖析后,认为原因在于《国家学生体质健康标准》评定标准较低,评定学生健康水平内容不全面,评定时误差较大以及认识不深刻等问题。并提出了提高评定标准等相应措施,确保在实施《国家学生体质健康标准》的过程中,真实地反映学生的健康状况,促进学生积极参加体育锻炼,确立健康第一的理念,切实保障学生的自我保健能力和体质健康水平的提高。
In the implementation of National Student Health and Fitness Criteria, grades evaluated are supposed to be quite high, which can't conform to students'practical physical state.After some experiments, data analysis and comparison, the paper holds that the criteria set in the National Student Health and Fitness Criteria are improperly low.Its content is incomprehensive.It suggests raising the criteria to ensure that in the implementation of the criteria students'health and fitness are accurately indicated, so as to encourage students to take active part in physical training and establish health-first concept.
