高职学生机械加工实习指导初探

Vocational Students Mechanical Processing Practice Instruction

本文分析部分高职院校典型金工实习项目现状及存在的主要问题,提出了从规范实习指导书入手,强化实习指导,让学生用教材指导实习,在做的过程培养学生安全、规范、自学、表达、协调、沟通能力,造就优秀学生,提高专业综合技能水平的做法,达成通过实习,全面提高学生应用机械知识解决工程问题的能力的目标。

Based on an analysis of some typical metal working practice situations and problems in some vocational colleges, the paper is convinced that students practice are supposed to be intensified, carefully guided by the textbook. In their practice students safety awareness, self-learning ability, expression and negotiation ability should be cultivated, which will doubtlessly lead to their comprehensive techniques to solve practical problems.
