高校学生管理工作是维护学校正常教学秩序、保障学生健康成长的基础性工作,树立"以人为本"的学生管理理念是教育本质的内在要求,是学生管理本质的客观需要,从根本上说,就是促进大学生的自由、全面、可持续的发展,就是强调集教育、管理、服务于一体的学生工作在高校全局工作中的基础性地位,这就需要因材施教,体现人本化教育;改变传统管理模式,实行人格化管理;树立服务意识,实行人性化服务。

College students'administration is a basic work in that it helps to maintain a normal teaching order and provide students with a healthy environment.Human-oriented Idea is the inner desire of the nature of the Education,is the desirability of the students'administration.Human-oriented Idea,in a word,is to promote all the students free,comprehensive and susta inable development,to comply education,administration and service with together,which ask colleges teach students according theirs interesting and embody humanization,change the traditional administration style and practice personification administration,set the idea of service and practice hu man-oriented service.
