The paper discusses the necessity of information construction of teachers' professional files before the introduction of its overall design concept.The major content of the construction,that is,the construction of scientific data collection platform,data application module with perfect functions,friendly and efficient information exchange platform,good systemsafety strategy and reasonable rights allotment,perfect supporting management regulations,is proposed.And the developing orientaion of information construction of teachers' professinal files is also discussed.
