泸州的白酒产业作为泸州四大支柱产业的排头兵,在泸州城市竞争力提升中具有举足轻重的作用。本文主要介绍了美国哈佛大学迈克尔·波特教授的产业竞争力理论,并使用波特的"钻石模型"从产业竞争力的角度对泸州白酒产业集群的竞争力进行了科学的分析,从而为泸州白酒产业根据自身的实力和所处环境选择合理策略,提升泸州白酒产业竞争力提供研究基础,并根据分析提出进一步健康持续发展泸州白酒产业的对策。

As a soldier at the head of the formation of Luzhou’s four major industries, Luzhou's liquor industry plays a significant role in the incrrease of the city competitiveness. The paper introduces the theory of industry competitiveness by Michael E. Porter and analyses the Luzhou Liquor industrial clusters competitiveness according to diamond model, which provide research basis for the selection of strategies according to the strength and the environment of Luzhou liquor industry and the increase of its industry competitiveness. Some counter measures for the healthy and sustainable development of Luzhou liquor industry are suggested.
