终身教育理念指导下的高职“双师型”师资培养模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国高等职业教育的迅速发展,培养"双师型"教师的理念和打造"双师型"教师队伍的重要性己形成普遍共识,与此同时,终身教育理念也为高职院校的师资培训提出了新的要求。本文以终身教育理念指导下的高职"双师型"师资培养模式为研究对象,主要探讨了高职院校双师型教师队伍的网络信息化培养模式,深入分析网络信息化建设的意义,探讨高职院校双师型教师队伍的网络信息化培养的途径,从观念转化、人员结构、培养方法、培养步骤、培养内容、保障措施等几个方面提出了对策。要转变双师型教师的教育理念、树立终身教育理念,做好他们的素质培训,鼓励他们参与到职业院校信息化改革的进程中来,不断探索,走出一条富有职业院校特色的双师型网络信息化培养之路。 As higher vocational education in our country develops rapidly, the significance of the training of double-qualified teachers is well accepted. And lifelong education requires some new ideas for teachers training in vocational colleges. The paper concentrates on the double-qualified teacher training mode in vocational colleges. It discusses the network information training mode for the double-qualified teacher training mode and analyzes the importance of network information construction, the training ways of double-qualified teacher and puts forward some countermeasures in concept conversion, personnel makeup, training method, training step, training content and safeguard measures. Double-qualified teachers are supposed to change their educational concept, to foster lifelong education concept, to be well-qualified and involved in the vocational college information reform. We are to strive for the exploration of a way to cultivate network information double-qualified teachers with vocational college features.
