浅论高职院校图书馆自习室的有效管理

Effective Management of College Library Self-learning Room

高职院校图书馆自习室一般都高大宽敞、窗明几净、环境清幽、学风浓厚,且有丰富的馆藏文献资源,多媒体教学资源和网络数据库资源,学生可以在里面进行广泛的学习,消化,充实,扩展课堂的内容。但由于人数众多,参差不齐,排队、争抢、占座问题屡见不鲜,伴随着很多不文明现象的产生。只有实行有效的管理,加强思想教育,提倡自觉的自习精神;完善制度;充分利用闲置资源,增加考证升本学生自习室;优化对自习室环境的管理。只有为同学们营造一个良好的学习氛围,才能最大程度的发挥自习室的作用。

Vocational college library self-learning rooms are bright and clean with good circumstance and learning atmosphere. With rich library literature resources, multimedia teaching resources and network data base resources, students are able to learn there to diagest, replenish and enlarge what they have learned in class. However, there are some improper bahavior in the library thanks to the population and different individuals. We hold that effective management, better ideological education, self-learning spirit, improvement of regulations, full use of idle resources, increase of students' self-learning rooms and optimization of environemtal management will make a proper learning atmosphere so to make the full use of the self-learning rooms.
