泸州城乡义务教育阶段音乐教育均衡发展研究

Balanced Development of Music Education in Luzhou Urban and Rural Compulsory Education

泸州地处川、滇、黔三省交界处,山地多,少数民族占有一定的比例,我市中小学有80%以上在农村,决定了农村音乐教育是我市音乐教育攻坚的难点。由于经济、文化、政策导向等因素导致的泸州城乡之间、区域之间的中小学音乐教育,呈现出严重的非均衡状态,音乐教育的质量差距很大。因此,立足于发展泸州农村中小学校音乐教育,找出一条缩小城乡差距,实现泸州城乡音乐教育均衡发展的策略在当下是十分重要和迫切的。

Located at the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou, mountianous Luzhou possesses quite a lot minorities. Eighty percent of the primary and middle schools are in rural area. Therefore rural music education becomes the most difficult point for our music education. Unfavourable factors in economy, culture and policy result in serious unbalanced situations between urban and rural areas and different regions. In light of this it is quite urgent to find strategies to reduce the gap between urban and rural places and make the two develop in balance.
