浅论高职大学生礼仪素养缺失现状及其成因和对策

Causes and Counter Measures of Present Status of Vocational Student Etiquette Quality

礼仪教育是高校德育不可忽视的领域,当前要面对的是尊师礼仪的丢失、交往礼仪的淡薄以及道德礼仪的远去等高职大学生文明礼仪修养严重缺失的现状。究其原因,与礼仪知识匮乏,礼仪修养先天不足;社会风气的影响,礼仪修养的提高难成气候;礼仪教学的功利化,阻碍了礼仪修养培养教育的推进等诸多因素相关联。要改变这一局面,就必须强化礼仪教育的德育功能,提高高职大学生的礼仪意识,引导高职大学生陶冶礼仪情感,重视礼仪教学与礼仪实践的关系,排除功利性的干扰,培养学生成为知书达礼的高素质人才,使礼仪教育为塑造优秀的现代公民,全面提升国民的道德素养及积极促进和谐社会的构建发挥重要作用。

Etiquette attainment is a significant part in college morality education. Recently we witness the missing of respect of teachers, low awareness of communication manners, disappearance of morality and students' lack of civilization manners. Causes are lack of etiquette knowledge, need of basic civilian education, influence of social convention, difficulty of manners cultivation and utilitarianism of manners teaching which hinder etiquette cultivation. To change the situation we are supposed to strengthen the morality education function in manners training, to promote students' awareness of manners, to guide them to mould their temperament, to place importance on the relation between manners teaching and practice and to eliminate interference of utilitarianism. Students are to be cultivated to be highly-qualified talents. Etiquette education is to become a significant part in the formation of qualified modern citizens, the promotion of people's morality quality and the construction of harmonious society.
