高职英语口语教学现实问题及对策思考

On Practical Problems and Countermeasures in spoken English Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着各个领域国际交流日益频繁,高职学生作为职业技术人员的后备军,提高自身的英语口语素质非常必要。但由于高职学生英语水平差,没有养成良好的学习习惯,学习方法欠佳,口语教学开展困难,加上受大学英语教学的传统思维、教学模式、测试方法、课时安排等因素的影响,高职英语口语教学没有受到充分重视。针对这些实际问题,本文进行了分析,提出了一些对策,对激发高职学生对英语口语的学习兴趣、改善口语教学现状有积极的影响。

As the international exchange in various fields gets more and more frequent, it is very necessary for higher vocational college students to improve their spoken English level. However, owing to the poor English level, poor learning habits and methods of students in higher vocational colleges, it is difficult to carry out spoken English teaching. Futhermore, influenced by such factors as traditional thinking, teaching mode, testing methods and teaching hours arrangements in college English teaching, spoken English teaching in higher vocational colleges is attached little importance. This paper analyzes these practical problems and suggests some countermeasures, which may positively stimulate higher vocational college students’interest in spoken English learning and improve the current situation of spoken English teaching.
