摘要 企业教育培训是中小型原酒企业培养高素质员工和打造核心竞争力的重要手段。泸州市中小型原酒企业教育培训存在管理层认识不到位、教育培训机会不均衡、培训活动缺乏针对性、培训方法不灵活、后期评估与应用缺位等问题,针对以上问题,应采用如下对策:树立正确的企业教育培训理念、建立和完善企业的教育培训机制、采用科学实用的教育培训方法等。 Enterprise education training is a significant means for the training of high-qualified staff and the construction of core competence of small and medium sized spirits enterprises. However, in Luzhou small and medium-sized spirits enterprises there are some problems existed such as low management recognition, imbalanced opportunity, absence of pertinence in training activities, inflexiable training techniques and missing of post assessment and application. To solve the problems counter measures such as establishment of right enterprise education training concept, construction of enterprise education training mechanism and adoptation of practical and scientific training techniques are supposed to be taken.
