根据理论推演和深入调研,从总体上判断,泸州已经进入了以追求农产品的质量和价格效益为目标的发展阶段,加快改造传统农业,逐步实现农业现代化成为这一阶段的主要任务。理性分析新阶段面临的主要制约因素,本文提出了相应的对策建议。

In terms of theoretical deduction and profund investigation, Luzhou generally has stepped into a devel opment stage to persue the aim of quality of agricultural products and price benefits. The major task of the stage is to accelerate the reform of traditonal agriculture and gradually accomplish agriculture modernazation. The paper puts forward some corresponding counter measures and suggestions after the rational analysis of the restraint factors in the new period.
