当前大学生思想政治教育工作需要新思维、需要一系列工作机制作保障。构建大学生思想政,治教育的人文关怀与心理疏导机制,有着一定的理论意义和积极的现实意义。通过建立"以人为本"的教育管理激励机制、建立精神传承与环境营造相结合的校园文化机制、建立教育引导与关心服务相结合的双效机制、建立定期师生民主座谈机制、建立以预防教育为主、防治相结合的心理健康教育机制等等,大学生思想政治教育工作必将取得实效。

At present college student ideological and political education need new ideas and working mechanism. The construction of human care for college student ideological and political education and psychological counseling mechanism has theoritical and active practical significance. Through the construction of human-oriented education management incentive mechanism, campus cultural mechanism of both spiritual heritage and environmental development, double-effect mechanism integrating educatiion guidance and care service, regular teacher-student democratic symposiums mechanism and psychological health education mechanism of prevention education and combination of prevention and treatment student ideological and political education will be practically effective.
