浅谈高职新生班风建设

班风,是一个班级的精神风貌。优良的班风应该是团结奋进、积极向上,充满活力的。班风是高校校风的基本组成单位,班风一旦形成就具有稳定性和持续性,对班级成员具有多层面的影响和约束。本文从分析当前高职新生学风建设中存在的问题入手,结合实际工作,对高职新生班级班风建设提出可行性建议。强调学风建设要调动新生的学习积极性,重视新生的学习素质的培养。

Class atmosphere is a class spiritual outlook.Good class atmosphere should be concerted,active and dynamic.Class atmosphere is a basic element of a school atmosphere.It is steady and sustained once it is formed and it exerts multi-layers influence and restraint to its members.The paper analyzes problems in the construction of the class atmosphere before gives feasibility proposals for practical atmosphere construction.It stresses that learning atmosphere involves learning initiative and cultivation of learning quality of new students.
