摘要 随着社会的发展进步和人们认识的不断提高,教育被确定为国家发展战略重点,这给教育科学研究发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。幼儿园教师科研素养在一定程度上代表着学前教育科研的现状,其发展对学前教育科学的发展有着积极而重要的意义。但目前,教师科研素养状况不容乐观。本文立足于当前幼儿教师科研素养中存在的问题,在深入分析制约教师科研素养提升的相关因素的基础上,提出了提高幼儿教师科研素养的对策,为进一步研究提供了理论依据。 As our society is developing and our understanding is deepened,education is determined to be our country's developing strategic key,which brings new opportunities and challenges for education scientific research development.Preschool teachers'scientific research quality means to some degree the present status of preschool teachers'scientific research.Their development is significant for thedevelopment of preschool education science.However,at present,teachers'scientific research quality is not optimistic.After some analysis of problems in the teachers'scientific research quality and factors that restrict the improvement of teachers'scientific research quality,the paper puts forward counter measures for the improvement of preschool teachers'scientific research quality which provide a basis for the further research work.
