摘要
作为一种以非智力因素为主的心理能力,情绪智力在幼儿的人际交往、社会适应、心理健康等方面都有着十分重要的作用。它更多的是在后天环境中逐渐习得和发展起来的,因而具有较强的可塑性。幼儿园里除了在日常生活环节中进行情绪的渗透外,还有必要开展专门的情绪教育活动。因此,作为活动直接实施者的幼儿教师,要从自身的教育观念、情绪知识、情绪素养、实践能力几个方面提供支持性条件,以真正提升幼儿的情绪智力。
As a non-intellectual factors of mental ability,emotional competence have an important role in children's interpersonal,social adjustment,mental health and other aspects.It is learned and developed gradually in the postnatal environment,So it has a strong plasticity.In addition to the daily life penetration in kindergarten,there is a need for a special emotional education activities.Therefore,as the direct perpetrators of the activities,teachers should provide supportive conditions including their own concept of education,emotional knowledge,emotional literacy and practical ability in order to really improve children's emotional competence.
