Investments of World Bank in utilizations of renewable energy

20世纪90年代,世界银行向发展中国家提供信贷,以发展可再生能源利用技术。10a中,世行批准建设的17个可再生能源利用项目共耗资32亿美元,其中世界银行贷款7亿美元,全球环境服务机构(GlobalEnvironmentFacility)拨款2.3亿美元,还有其他形式的融资款。本文介绍世界银行在发展可再生能源利用方面的投资计划、项目特征、专家对计划实施中存在问题的分析及解决途径的建议。

In 1990s,World Bank provided credits for developing utilization technologies of renewable energy in developing countries. During the ten years,World Bank approved 17 utilization projects of renewable energy,costing 3.2 billion US$ in all,of which,World Bank's loan amounted to 0.7 billion US$,Global Environment Facility funded 0.23 billion US$,and there were also some other types of financing funds. This paper briefs investment plans of World Bank in developments of renewable energy utilizations,project characteristics,experts' analyses on the problems existing in implementations of the plans and suggestions for solving these problems.
