AH型断路器电子脱扣器误动作分析

摘要 针对大容量AH型断路器轻载频繁跳闸问题 ,对其电子脱扣器性能参数及电路原理进行了测试与分析 ,得出了电子脱扣器不加辅助电源是引起大容量AH型断路器误动作的根源的结论。加装了DC 2 4V辅助电源后 。 To counter the problems of frequent trip of AH series large capacity of conventional circuit Breaker under the condition of light load, the characteristics, parameters and circuit principle of the electronic release of the circuit breaker have been tested and analyzed. The conclusion is that the cause of failure operation of the AH series large capacity of circuit beraker is due to fail to set up auxiliary power supply in the electronic release. After a 24 V DC auxiliary power supply has been set up, the operation of the AH series of large capacity of circuit breaker become stable and reliable.
