P(C_9-AA)两亲聚合物制备大颗粒苯丙乳液

Preparation of Large Particle Poly(styrene/acrylic) Emulsion Using P(C_9-AA)Amphiphilic Copolymers as Emusifiers

研究了以两亲聚合物 P( C9-AA)作乳化剂 ,制备大颗粒及具有一定稳定性的苯丙乳液的方法 ;讨论了乳化剂 ,温度及引发剂用量对乳液性能的影响。结果表明 ,以 P( C9-AA)作乳化剂时 ,乳化剂用量为单体质量的 1 .0 % ,引发剂用量为单体质量的 1 .2 % 。

P(C 9-AA) was synthesized and used as emulsifiers to prepare large particles and stable poly (styrene/acrylate/methyl methacrylate/acrylic acid) emulsion. The effects of emulsifiers, temperature and initiator concentration on the properties of the emulsion were discussed. The results show that the optimurn conditions for obtaining a good performance emulsion were using the P(C 9-AA) emuls:fier 1.0 % and ammonium persulfate 1.2 % wt (to monomer)at 90 ℃.
