摘要
采用石油化工科学研究院的中压加氢裂化 (RMC)技术对北京燕山石油化工有限公司原 1.0Mt a中压加氢改质装置进行改造 ,在主要设备不改动的前提下 ,通过更换催化剂 ,处理能力提高了 3 0 %。工业应用表明 ,采用RMC技术加工大庆减二线与催化裂化柴油的混合原料 ,在总空速 0 .75h- 1 和氢分压 8.15MPa的条件下 ,可获得符合“世界燃料规范”Ⅱ类标准的优质柴油 ,所得尾油的BMCI值小于 10 ,是优良的裂解制乙烯原料。
A 20 000 b/d mid pressure hydro upgrading unit in Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company has been revamped with RMC technology. With the main equipments kept unchanged, capacity has increased by 30% through the catalyst replacement. Commercial application shows that at the conditions of total space velocity 0.75 h -1 , hydrogen partial pressure 8.15 MPa, when the mixed feedstock of the second vacuum side stream of Daqing crude and FCC diesel is processed with RMC technology, optimum diesel that meets the second classification standard of 'World fuel specification' can be obtained. BMCI of the tail oil is less than 10. The tail oil could be used as a good feedstock for ethylene plant with steam cracking process.
