摘要
中国石化集团公司所属的燕山石油化工公司、胜利石油管理局和镇海炼油化工股份有限公司等企业分别开发和采用新型洁净煤水煤浆、高硫焦循环流化床锅炉和吸收式热泵回收油田采油污水余热和地热以及煤气发生炉制热煤气等新技术 ,用洁净煤、高硫石油焦或采油污水余热和地热替代燃料油或原油 ,减少了石油化工企业的燃料油自用量 ,在减少污染物排放、满足环境保护要求的同时 ,降低了成本、提高了经济效益。
New technologies such as a new type of clean coal slurry, high sulfur coke recycle fluid bed boiler, recovering surplus heat of oil recovery sewage in oil field and the terrestrial heat by use of heat pump and making hot coal gas by coal gas generator have been developed and adopted by Yanshan Petrochemical Company, Shengli Petroleum Administration and Zhenhai Petroleum Refining and Chemical Company respectively. The consumption of fuel oil or crude are reduced by use of clean coal, high sulfur petroleum coke, surplus heat of oil recovery sewage and the terrestrial heat. Pollutant discharge rate has been reduced to meet the requirements of environmental protection. Meanwhile, production cost has been reduced and good economical benefits have been obtained.
