摘要
开发了一种利用催化裂化干气制氢的工艺,采用两段加氢精制的流程,脱除催化裂化干气中大量烯烃和有机硫化物,净化后的气体作为制氢原料可大大降低氢气成本。该技术在武汉石油化工厂工业应用的结果表明,利用催化裂化干气制氢的工艺技术开发是成功的。
A process using FCC dry gas for hydrogen production was developed. Most of the olefins and organic sulfides in FCC dry gas were removed by two--step--hydrogenation for hydrogen production feed, which could considerably lower the hydrogen cost. The technology was applied in Wu-han Petrochemical Works with successful result.
