超高压自增强管式反应器裂纹萌生寿命分析计算

摘要 为了比较精确的计算出反应管的裂纹萌生寿命 ,采用了损伤力学算法〔1〕 与反应管实际运行工况相结合的方法 ,计算得到了反应管在高、低周复合疲劳工况下的裂纹萌生寿命。抽样计算结果表明 ,在无初始自增强残余应力的情况下 ,反应管在设计条件和实际运行条件下的裂纹萌生寿命分别为开停车 6次和 4 7次。平均应力修正采用Goodman公式和Peterson公式计算结果差别较大 ,根据反应管实际运行特点 ,为使计算结果接近工程实际和偏于安全 ,建议平均应力修正采用Goodman公式。 By reason of calculation more accurate fissure arising life,by the use of the method combined damage mechanics calculating method with actual working condition of reactor,the fissure arising life of reaction tube under high,low cycle compound fatigue working condition was calculated.The sampling calculating result showed that:under no original self enhancement residual stress condition,the fissure arising life of reaction tube at design condition and actual operation condition were 6 times and 47 times of start of run and shut down respectively.The difference of calculating results for averag stress revison between adopting Goodman formula and Peterson formula was relatice large.In the light of actual operation feature of reaction tube,in order to make the calculation results approach to the engineering practive and lean toward safety,the Goodman formule adoped for average stess revison was proposed.
