摘要
对引进的二甲苯塔底再沸炉低NOx燃烧器的结构、性能与使用过程中存在的问题做了较详细的介绍与分析 ,揭示出先进技术与国内生产实际间所存在的不协调。通过与喷嘴国产化改进后的性能比较分析 ,一方面说明了改造是成功的 :既保持了原燃烧器NOx排放量低的优点 ,又节约了大量的设备采购费用和操作费用 ;另一方面也暴露出我们在技术。
The structure,performance of imported low NO x burner of bottom reboiling furnace for xylene tower and its existing problem in process of service were introduced and analyzed in detail.The existing unbalance between advanced technology and domestic production practice was revealed.By means of analysis on improved performance of domestication burner,showed that:on the one hand the reformation was successful,it not only kept the advantage of low discharge of original burner,but also saved on a large number of equipment purchasing expenses and operation expenses.On the other hand the difference between foreign advanced level and our technology and sense were exposed.
