摘要
轻烃回收装置原料中含HCl,H2 S和NH3等腐蚀性介质 ,对工艺设备和管线产生了较严重的腐蚀 ,致使设备和管壁壁厚减薄、管线堵塞、1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢法兰开裂。经改进“一脱二注”方案 ,不注入氨水 ,而注入不形成垢的有机胺 ,并辅以其他措施 。
The feed stock of light hydrocarbon recovery unit contained HCl,H 2S and NH 3 etc.corrosion medium,and made process equipments and pipes occure serious corrosion.The thicknesses of equipment shell and pipe wall were thinned.The pipes were plugged.The 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel flanges were Cracked.After improved on the plan of 'one removal two injection',stopped injecting ammonia water but injected organic amine of no scale formation,and assisted with other measures,the fairly good effect was obtioned.
