The continuous waste water cooler BE 1501A/B of PTA unit for Luoyang petrochemical complex chemical fibre plant failed often since put into operation.By means of failure analysis,the correponding countermeasure was adopted.So that,the failure number of times and frequency for BE 1501A/B greatly was droped down.
