摘要
以磷改性β沸石替代质量分数5%的USY沸石作为流化催化裂化(FCC)模式催化剂的活性组分,通过实验室轻油微反、固定-流化床装置评价其催化性能。结果说明,FCC催化剂中加入一定量磷改性β沸石可以提高原料油的转化率、降低催化剂的比积碳及催化裂化汽油的烯烃含量。针对不同的原料油,汽油研究法辛烷值有不同程度的提高。
Beta-zeolite modified by phosphorous was used to substitute 5% USY as additive to FCC model catalyst.Micro-activity tester and fixed-fluidized catalytic cracking were used to evaluate catalytic performances of model catalysts.The results showed that FCC model catalysts with beta-zeolite modified by phosphorous as additive could increase conversion (MAT index) of raw oil,reduce specific coking and olefin content,and enhance research octane number(RON) in cracking gasoline.Cracking gas analysis showed that the yield of i -butane,C 4 olefin,and overall gas increased,which has important meaning in producing more C 4 chemicals.All this illustrates that beta-zeolite modified by phosphorous is an excellent additive for FCC catalyst.
