摘要
通过外加钠组分的方法提高氧化铝起始物料中的钠含量,并由不同钠含量的起始物料制备α-氧化铝载体。通过测定载体的强度、吸水率、比表面积、孔结构及酸碱性能等,得出载体的最终钠含量仅与焙烧条件有关,与原料中钠含量无关,钠含量不影响α-氧化铝载体的性能。
The sodium content of the raw materials used for the preparation of α-alumina carrier was enhanced by adding the sodium component externally.The carriers thus prepared were tested for crushing strength,water absorption,BET surface area,pore diameter distribution,and acidity and alkalinity.The conclusion is that the final sodium content of the carrier bears relation only to calcination conditions and is irrelevant to the sodium content of the raw materials;i.e.sodium content has no effect on the performance of α-alumina carrier.
