摘要
利用XRD、SEM、TEM、FT-IR对已制备的苯和十二烯合成直链烷基苯负载杂多酸催化剂进行基本表征。XRD结果表明,当负载杂多酸低于一定量时,不出现杂多酸催化组分的特征峰;SEM和TEM分析表明,负载的杂多酸催化组分均匀分散在催化剂载体上;FT-IR分析表明,负载杂多酸后制备的催化剂,存在载体的特征峰,表明负载杂多酸后对载体的结构影响不明显。固定床研究结果表明,在一定的反应温度条件下,催化剂的活性随反应温度的增加而增加。
The solid acid catalyst of supported heteropoly acid used for the synthesis of linear alkylbenzene from benzene and dodecene was characterized by using XRD,SEM,TEM and FT-IR.The XRD results showed that there were no characteristic peaks of heteropoly acid when the supported amount of heteropoly acid was small.The SEM and TEM characterization results for this catalyst showed that the catalytic component of heteropoly acid was uniformly located on supporter.The characterization results of FT-IR showed the existence of characteristic peaks of supporter,indicating that supporting heteropoly acid had no apparent effect on the structure of the support.The results of experiments performed in the fixed bed reactor showed that the activity increased with reaction temperature.However,the selectivity for 2-linear alkylbenzene first increased with reaction temperature and then decreased with further increase in reaction temperature.
