高相对分子质量低不饱和度聚醚的合成与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以氯化锌、铁氰化钾含有螯合剂的水溶液为原料合成了铁锌双金属氰化物络合物(DMC)催化剂,为了获得高活性DMC催化剂,需用叔丁醇、多元醇螯合剂螯合至其结构中。用本实验合成的DMC催化剂合成了数均相对分子质量2000~15300的7种聚醚,其最低不饱和度可达0 003mmol/g。并对其工艺与性能进行了讨论,用GPC、FT-IR等方法对聚合物进行了表征。实验发现,用DMC催化剂合成的聚醚与用KOH催化剂合成的聚醚相比不饱和度低,相对分子质量高,相对分子质量分布窄。 A new kind of double metal cyanide complex (DMC) catalysts was made and developed by reaction of an aqueous solution of zinc chloride and potassium ferricyanide with complexing agents to form a precipitate of DMC catalyst.For obtaining favorable catalyst activity,the organic complexing agents such as tert-butanol and polyols were employed.The complexing agents were incorporated into the catalyst structure.Seven kinds of polyether polyols having M n within the range of about 2 000~15 300 were synthesized by the DMC catalysts.The minimium unsaturation of the polyether was 0 003 mmol/g.The structure & properties of polyether polyols were analysed and characterized by GPC?FT-IR.The polyether polyols prepared by these DMC catalysts are of low unsaturation,high relative molecular mass,narrow molecular distribution compared with traditional KOH catalysts.
