An Improvement to the Adjustment Excursion set of Net-belt Dryer

网带式干燥机是人造板生产的必需设备,其网带跑偏一直是困扰使用厂家的一个难题。对于我国南方近年来迅速发展的竹材胶合板,目前尚无专用的干燥设备,需对现有的设备进行改造。本文对现有的调偏装置进行了分析,提出了切实可行的改造方案。该方案投资小,经济效益可观,值得中、小型付胶合板厂借鉴和参考。

A net-belt dryer is an essential equipment for wood-based panel manufactures, but the net-belt excursion of which has been a troublesome problem for factories. And it is necessary to reform these equipments since there is no special dryers for bamboo -mat plywood in south -China. This paper analyzed the present coordinating mechanisms, then have provided an improved and practical reform program, which costs little while benetfits more, and can be consulted by the small and middle-sized enterprises.
