甘蓝型油菜隐性上位互作核不育双低杂交种“皖油18”的选育

皖油 18 (原代号 7C2 4)是利用隐性上位互作核不育育成的第 3个强优势甘蓝型油菜杂交种 ,2 0 0 2年通过全国品种审定。该组合一般较秦油 2号 (对照 ,双高杂交种 )增产 8%～ 10 %左右 ,较中油 82 1(对照 ,双高常规种 )增产 15 %左右 ;抗寒抗倒耐肥 ,抗 (耐 )病性优于秦油 2号和中油 82 1,全生育期 2 2 5d左右 ,较秦油 2号早 3～ 4d ,较中油 82 1迟 1～ 2d ;1999～ 2 0 0 0年度全国区试抽测皖油 18含油量为 43 .0 4% ,芥酸含量为 4.92 % ,硫甙含量为 2 8.5 4μmol/g ;皖油 18丰产稳产性好 ,地区适应性广 ,株型合理 ,经济系数高 ,是一个综合性状突出的双低杂交种 。

New rapeseed combination-Wanyou 18(Brassica napus), the third hybrid with strong heterosis in B. napus by recessive epistatic GMS, was examined and approved by the State Variety Commission in 2002. The yield of Wanyou 18 was about 8%-10% higher than that of Qinyou 2 and about 15% higher than Zhongyou 821. Wanyou 18 had higher resistance to diseases than Qinyou 2 and Zhongyou 821, high resistance to cold and stalk leaning and good fertilizer tolerance. The growth duration of Wanyou 18 was about 225 days, which were 3-4 days shorter than Qinyou 2 and 1-2 days longer than Zhongyou 821. The content of oil was 43.04%; erucic acid, 4.92% and glucosinolate, 28.54 umol/g meal. In a word, Wanyou 18 was a double low rapeseed hybrid with good integrated agronomic characters, which was with high yield, stable yield, extensive adaptability, good planting pattern and high economic coefficient. It was suitable for planting in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River.
