杂交中籼协优559高产制种技术

摘要 根据父母本特点 ,协优 5 5 9的高产制种技术是 :(1)合理安排播差期 ,确保花期相遇 ;(2 )培育多蘖壮秧 ,建立高质量制种群体 ;(3 )科学施肥 ,合理管水 ,搭好丰产苗架 ;(4 )喷好“九二” ,适时赶粉 ,提高母本异交结实率 ;(5 )加强病虫害防治 ,适时收获 。 According to parental characteristics, the major techniques in the high-yielding seed production of Xieyou 559 were as follow:①The sowing time of female parent was before June 16 and transplanting time in the first ten days of July.The first term of pollen parent was sown before April 30, about days earlier than the second term and about 15 days earlier than the third term, and transplanting time in the second ten days of June.②The row ratio of pollen parent:female parent was about 2∶14 for 2.7 million panicles per hectare of female parent.③The appropriate amount of N fertilizer was 200~220kg/hm 2 of pure nitrogen.④Synchronization of flowering was mainly adjusted by applying fertilizer and irrigation before stage V (pollen mother cell formation) of panicle differentiation.⑤GA3 was applied at a proper dosage of 240~285g/hm 2 for female parent and pollen parent and added 15g/hm 2 for pollen parent only.
