摘要
国有企业中存在着经营者薪酬制度不合理的现象 ,因此 ,有必要在国有企业中推行年薪制 。
This text analyzes the unreasonable phenomenon and its result of state-owned enterprise operators' salary system, and brings up the basic theory of pushing annual salary system in the state-owned enterprises and discusses four problems should be noticed in pushing annual salary system in the state-owned enterprises.
