A discussion about the connotation of eco-civilization

近年来,生态文明建设问题被广泛关注,准确地理解和界定其内涵是推动生态文明建设的重要理论基础。通过梳理学术界从不同视角和侧重点阐释的生态文明及生态文明建设内涵,本文提出生态文明是人与自然及社会和谐共生、协调发展的一种高级文明形态,生态文明建设是一项系统的工程,包括自然生态系统、生态经济系统、生态文明制度和生态文明价值观四个层面的建设。

Eco-civilization construction has been widely concerned in recent years. Understanding and defining its connotation accurately is an important theoretical foundation of promoting the eco-civilization construction. The paper puts forward a new connotation of eco-civilization and its construction by sorting other scholars' views from different perspectives,which defines eco-civilization as an advanced civilization that man,nature and society are all developing harmoniously and defines eco-civilization construction as a systematic project that consists of four parts: natural ecosystem construction,economic ecosystem construction,ecological civilization institution construction and ecological civilization values construction.
