探索独立学院应用型日语人才培养模式

An exploration of applying practical-learner training system to the Japanese language in independent colleges

独立学院是新型的高等教育办学模式,独立学院因其生源的特殊性决定了其明显区别于其他层次院校学生的特点。笔者综合分析独立学院的学生特点,结合社会对日语人才的需求现状,就独立院校应用型日语人才的培养模式进行了相关探讨。

As a new pattern of higher education in China and enrolments generally below standard high school graduates,independent college differs from other colleges and universities with its unique characteristics. The paper is set to analyze the traits of independent college enrolments,to investigate the job-hunting market for Japanese learners,and to explore the applied-type Japanese talents training system to the Japanese language teaching among the independent college students.
