摘要
论述随着我国汽车产业的迅猛发展,汽车服务业已成为朝阳产业,由此带来汽车服务人才种类不断拓展和数量上的巨大紧缺。依据"十二五"汽车产业发展规划,基于人才预测学理论,结合汽车服务人才现状,定性定量地分析人才需求与供给情况,并针对供需矛盾与特点,提出合理化建议。
With the rapid development of China automobile industry ,automobile service industry has become a sun-rise industry ,thus the automobile service talents are expanding and huge shortage in the number .According to“The Twelfth-Five-Year Plan” automobile industry development planning , based on the theory of talent forecast and the present situation of automobile service talents to quantitative ,the paper analyzes demand and supply of talents ,and puts forward reasonable proposals for the contradiction between supply and demand .
