基于新型城镇化战略下的农地流转开展社会服务研究

Based on research carried out social service transfer of agricultural land under the new urbanization strategy

在当前大力推进新型城镇化进程的背景下,本文以促进城乡要素自由流动为解决这一根本问题的思路,以土地流转为核心问题,对安徽省农村劳动力流动、社会保障、再就业的意愿,以及农户耕地流转意愿进行调查分析研究,最终给出针对新型城镇化战略下的农地流转开展社会服务的政策建议。

In the current vigorously promote the new urbanization process in the background,this paper in order to promote the free flow of urban and rural elements to address this fundamental problem of thinking,with land as the core issue,Anhui rural labor mobility,social security,reemployment wishes farmers cultivated land transfer and a-nalysis of willingness to investigate and eventually gives policy recommendations for the new urbanization of agricul-tural land under circulation strategy for social services.
