Institution,subject and action:the analysis of Giddens' welfare thoughts

吉登斯的社会福利思想奠基于他对现代性的分析。就现代性、风险和福利国家的关系而言,现代社会中外部风险向人为风险的转变,导致福利制度陷入困境。福利国家走出危机的出路在于实施"积极福利"。这一构想包括三个方面:在制度上,建立一种"积极的福利社会";在社会主体方面,培育"自发地带有目的的自我";在行动上,强调合理的日常生活行动。

Giddens’welfare thoughts were based on his analysis of modernity.In terms of the relationship among mo-dernity,risk,and the welfare state,the external risks had converted to the manufactured risks,and that led welfare system got into trouble.The way that the welfare state to get rid of crisis lied in acting positive welfare society.There were three aspects included in this concept:building a positive welfare society;the cultivation of autotelic self;em-phasizing on the reasonable actions about daily life.
