The construction of information system is important to the securities industry innovation and development. Based on the examination of the securities financial data,technical data,the annual report data,combined with the actual situation of industry information technology department organization,process information system project con-struction,this article analyzes maintenance cost of securities industry information system construction and operation, puts some suggestions.In order to further improve the securities company to information technology,the fine manage-ment level gives full play to support information technology on business development.
