美国学生事务管理队伍专业化的经验与借鉴 被引量:3

摘要 美国学生事务管理队伍的专业化标志主要表现为"丰富的理论基础,健全的学科体系,系统的专业训练,严格的准入评估晋升机制,完善的专业评价标准和众多的专业协会"六个方面。我国学生工作理论研究比较薄弱,专业准入和职务晋升标准模糊,专业化培训不足,专业协会组织刚刚起步,学生工作专业学科体系尚未建立;我国学生工作需要明晰:行业协会是专业化的标志,队伍建设是专业化的关键,制度建设是专业化的保证,学科建设是专业化的前提。 The marks of professionalization of student affairs management team in USA manifest as the following six aspects:rich theoretical basis ,sound system of discipline ,systematic professional training ,strict mechanism of entry assessment and promotion ,perfect professional evaluation standards and numerous professional associations .Theoret-ical research of student affairs in China is weak , professional access and promotion standard is fuzzy , professional training is insufficient ,professional association has just started;system of discipline has not yet been established .The student affairs management in China needs to clarify as the following:the profession association is the hallmark of the professionalization ,team construction is the key to the professionalization ,the regime construction is the assur-ance of professionalization ,and the discipline construction is the precondition of professionalization .
