移动智能技术在出租车行业的应用研究——基于打车软件使用情况的实地调查

Research on application of mobile intelligent technology in taxi industry——a field survey of the use of taxi-hailing apps

研究指出,随着移动智能技术的兴起,我国在线打车市场迅猛发展。一方面,在线打车市场的发展促进了出租车行业服务高效性、信息透明性、沟通便捷性的提升;另一方面,其带来的交通安全、信息安全、社会公平等一系列问题引发广泛关注。本文以广州为例,通过行业分析、实地访谈和问卷调查等方法,对出租车司机和乘客两大主体进行实地调研,了解在线打车软件的应用情况,分析在线打车市场的发展现状、存在问题、社会影响和发展前景,并从政府部门监管、出租车公司经营、软件运营商开发等方面提出相关建议,以期为进一步的理论研究提供依据,为发展现代化交通提供参考与借鉴。

With the rise of the mobile intelligent technology,the taxi- hailing Apps develop rapidly in China. On the one hand,the taxi- hailing Apps promote the service efficiency,information transparency and communication convenience in taxi industry. On the other hand,they bring a series of problems about traffic safety,resource allocation and social justice,which cause social concern. Using the methods of industry- report analysis,on- the- spot interview and questionnaire survey,the study takes a field investigation in Guangzhou. It aims to analyze the present situation of taxi- hailing Apps and understand the attitude of two subjects including taxi drivers and passengers to the Apps. The existing problems and development prospects are discussed. In order to provide the basis for further theoretical research and offer reference for the development of modern traffic,some relevant suggestions are put forward in the respects of government regulation,taxi company management and software development.
