乡村英语教师专业发展服务体系建构——以云南省为例 被引量:1

摘要 乡村英语教师的专业发展是一个长期而艰巨的工程,它需要从微观政策和专业发展模式、培训者和课程资源、培训后效跟踪评价和教师任职学校等方面得到有效服务和大力支持,形成多元化服务体系,这样才能使乡村英语教师专业发展产生实效。本文主要从上述几个方面探索建立适合云南乡村英语教师专业发展的多元服务体系,以期更好地促进乡村英语教师的整体素质提升。 It is a long and difficult project for the rural English teachers to develop their professional ability in Yunnan Province. The English teachers' effective professional development is based on and determined by the sufficient service and strong support from the professional development model,teacher educators and curriculum resource,after- training evaluation and the schools in which the teachers are working. A multi- service system is constructed to fit into the reality of the rural English teachers' professional development,thus helps to foster their overall quality.
