摘要
应用技术型本科院校在转型的过程中,教师的转型发展对教师自身以及学校发展都显得尤为重要。本文以上海商学院全英语课程教师为例,通过对该教师群体发展现状的调研和分析,结合国内外高校教师发展的理论和实践,提出应用技术型本科院校教师转型发展策略,包括个人发展、专业发展、教学发展以及组织发展等内容。
During the transition period of the practice- oriented undergraduate colleges,the teachers' transitional development appears extremely important. This paper is based on the teachers from Shanghai Business School who teach business subjects in English. By analyzing these teachers 'current situation and incorporating the college teachers' development theories,the paper puts forward teachers' transitional development strategies in practice- oriented undergraduate colleges,which include personal development,professional development,teaching development and organizational development.
