我国农村地区群体性纠纷之特点论析

On the characteristics of group disputes in rural areas of China

当前我国农村地区,利益主体日益多元、利益诉求日益多样、利益心态日益复杂,由此引发的社会冲突不断加剧,各种结构型矛盾、群体性纠纷日益增多,对农村群体性纠纷之特点进行研究具有重要的理论意义与实践价值。从整体上审视,我国农村地区群体性纠纷呈现出五个方面的鲜明特点:突发性与长期性、兼具组织性与自发性并立、暴力性与非暴力性共生、多元性与多样化突出、负向性与正向性同在。

Currently in China's rural areas,interest subjects are increasingly pluralistic,interest demands are increasingly diverse,and interest mentalities are increasingly complex. As a result,the social conflicts have become more and more intensified,various structural contradictions and group disputes are increasing. The research on the characteristics of the rural group disputes has important theoretical significance and practical value. On the whole,the group disputes in rural areas of our country present five aspects: paroxysmal and long-term,both organizational and spontaneous,symbiosis of violent and non-violent,prominent pluralism and diversity,negative and positive coexistence.
