财经类高校实践教学发展的瓶颈与对策研究

Research on bottleneck problems and strategies to practical teaching development in financial universities

实践教学是培养和提高大学生实践能力、创新精神和综合素质的有效途径。当今社会经济形势快速发展,尤其对财经类人才的培养提出了更高要求。这些都迫切需要我们转换观念,采取强有力的措施,构建以实践教学引导机制为核心的完整的实践教学制度体系,把财经院校实践教学的工作落到实处。本文拟通过探讨制约财经院校实践教学发展的瓶颈问题,提出建议,以促进实践教学工作的改革和进一步发展。

Practical teaching is an effective way to cultivate and improve the practical ability,innovative spirit and comprehensive qualification of university students. The rapid development of current economic situation leads to the higher requirement for financial professionals,which urgently needs transform the concept and adopt forceful measures to establish a complete practical teaching system centered by the guidance mechanism of practical teaching so as to implement the practical teaching in financial universities into reality. This paper aims to discuss the bottleneck problems which restricts the development of practical teaching in financial universities,puts forward suggestions to promote the reform and further development of practical reaching.
