创新人才培养模式下“校企双向融合”的“双师型”师资队伍建设与研究——以长春财经学院管理类专业为例

The construction and research on double-qualified teachers team with “college-enterprise integration”under the innovative talents training mode——taking the management profession of Changchun University of Finance and Economics as an example

随着经济全球化的日益深入,应用型人才日益受到社会的重视和欢迎。本文从应用型人才培养的意义和创新型人才培养的需要进行分析,提出了要建立"校企双向融合"的"双师型"师资队伍,分析了其内涵,提出应该从制定有效的政策、制定"双师型"教师认定的相关标准、利用校企合作平台、厂校联合指导毕业论文和教科研成果转化五方面途径快速、有效地构建高效的师资队伍,以适应高校转型的需要。

With the deepening of economic globalization,application-oriented talents are getting attentions and welcomed gradually. This paper conducts an analysis from the significance of application-oriented talents cultivation and requirements of creative talents cultivation,puts forward the idea of establishing double-qualified teachers team with college-enterprise integration,analyzes its connotation,and offers 5 approaches to construct an effective teachers team immediately by drawing up efficient policy,creating related standards for the identification of 'double-qualified'teacher,using college-enterprise platform to direct student's graduation thesis and transforming teaching and research results with the purpose to meet the need of university transformation.
