在总结分析国内外生态文明建设的典型经验基础之上,以建设中国特色社会主义生态文明为指导,提出可以通过加快转变经济发展方式;大力发展循环经济;依靠科技进步和创新推进生态文明建设进程;不断健全与完善生态文明建设法律法规体系;积极进行各种形式的生态文明观念教育,提高社会公众对生态环境保护的参与意识和能力等五个层面入手,推进我国区域生态文明的建设与发展。

On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the typical experiences of ecological civilization construction at home and abroad,with the guidance of the construction of socialism ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics,this article puts forward the ideas on five aspects such as developing circular economy by speeding up the transformation of economic development patterns; promoting the construction of ecological civilization by relying on scientific and technological progress and innovation; improving and perfecting the legal system of the ecological Civilization construction constantly; conducting various forms of ecological civilization concept of education actively; improving the social public participation consciousness and ability in ecological environment protection,so as to promote the construction of regional ecological civilization and development in China.
