摘要
近年来,随着建筑业可持续发展理念的深入,绿色施工逐渐成为施工管理创新及施工企业创新的发展方向。本文将精益建造思想运用于绿色施工管理中,建构绿色施工的管理模式,明确绿色施工的经济、环境、社会三大管理目标,提出组织管理、规划管理、实施管理、供应链管理四项管理内容以及末端计划体系、6S现场管理、准时化方法、精益质量管理、精益成本管理以及信息化施工模拟六种管理方法,以期为绿色施工管理实践者提供一定的参考和指导。
In recent years,with the deepening of the concept of sustainable development in construction industry,green construction has gradually become the new development direction of construction enterprise and the innovation of construction management.This article applies theory lean construction into green construction to establish a green construction management model,clears the three objectives including economy,environment and society in green construction management model,and puts forward four management contents including organization management,planning management,implementation management and chain management.As well as,six management methods as terminal planning system,6s spot management,just-in-time method,lean quality management,lean cost management and informalized construction simulation to offer some reference and supervise to the practitioners in green construction.
